Polygamy 411

Many of us here are in polygamous marriages, were in a polygamous marriage, are considering a polygamous marriage or simply find the topic interesting. 

We are not here to discuss whether polygamy is right or wrong, whether polygamy should be legal or illegal or anything like that.

No one has to actually live polygamy to be here and join us at this site.  Everyone here, however, should have a sincere interest in the subject. All are welcome!

Our primary focus should be on sharing:

What some of our thoughts are while living polygamy

What we are feeling while living polygamy or what we’re feeling about possibly living polygamy

What we know of others that are living polygamy

What it is like being 1st, 2nd, 3rd, or 4th wife, a wife sharing a husband.

What it is like having a co-wife or sister wife  (however we refer to the other wife-of course we want to refrain from using profane names.)

How we interact with the other wives

Sharing experiences of living polygamy

How polygamy has or is affecting our lives

Things of the above nature…

We are here to learn about ourselves and, or learn about others that live polygamy.

We are here to help one another and support one another in knowing that there are others like us that live polygamy.  There are many persons having a difficult time accepting polygamy, but would like to accept it.

We are here to share feeling, thoughts, and knowledge of living polygamy. We all have a shared interest in polygamy.

No one here is an authority on polygamy and that is not our objective.

What this site is not:

This site is not about Islamic Studies; many of us are not sheiks, scholars, Imans and the like.

We are not here to debate, argue, or inteperet Quran and Hadith. 

We are not here to prove how learned and versed we are regarding Quran, Sunnah and Hadiths.

We all may wander off topic at times, but let’s always try to pull it back together.
